Indiana State law requires that all students have a completed immunization history on file with the school. This record must show the child’s name as well as the date of all immunizations. Unless your child has a signed exemption on file with the health office, he or she must be current on immunizations. We reserve the right to exclude exempted children from school should there be an outbreak of any communicable diseases.
